Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was organized across all three tehsils—Dadri, Jewar, and Sadar—in Gautam Buddh Nagar on Saturday, providing a platform for citizens to present their grievances directly before administrative officials. The initiative witnessed active public participation, with a total of 152 complaints registered across the district. Out of these, 11 complaints were resolved on the spot by the concerned अधिकारियों, while the remaining cases have been forwarded to the respective departments with instructions to ensure timely and quality resolution.
In Dadri tehsil, the grievance redressal camp was conducted under the chairmanship of Additional District Magistrate (Land) Bachchu Singh. A total of 106 complaints were received during the session, reflecting the high turnout of citizens seeking resolution of their issues. Out of these, 8 complaints were addressed and resolved immediately at the venue, while the remaining cases were directed to concerned departments for further necessary action within stipulated timelines.
Similarly, in Jewar tehsil, the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was chaired by Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Manglesh Dubey. During the proceedings, 41 complaints were registered, of which 2 were resolved on the spot. Officials present at the event were instructed to ensure that pending grievances are addressed efficiently and without delay, maintaining transparency and accountability in the process.
In Sadar tehsil, the program was conducted under the supervision of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Ashutosh Gupta. A comparatively smaller number of complaints—5 in total—were received at this location. Among these, 1 complaint was resolved immediately, while the remaining issues were referred to the relevant departments for prompt action.
Officials emphasized that Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas is an important administrative initiative aimed at strengthening direct communication between the public and the administration. By resolving complaints on the spot and ensuring swift follow-up action on pending matters, the district administration seeks to enhance public trust and improve service delivery mechanisms.
All concerned departments have been directed to prioritize the disposal of pending complaints in a time-bound and effective manner, ensuring that citizens do not face unnecessary delays in the resolution of their grievances.
