Noida | March 2026 — Leader of Opposition in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly and senior Samajwadi Party leader Mata Prasad Pandey received a grand welcome at the DND Flyway in Noida while traveling to Mathura. A large number of party leaders and workers gathered at the venue, creating a vibrant and energetic political atmosphere filled with slogans and enthusiasm.
The event was organised by the Samajwadi Party’s Noida Metropolitan unit under the leadership of Metropolitan President Dr. Ashray Gupta. Workers welcomed him with garlands and raised slogans in his support. The venue was decorated with party flags and banners, reflecting strong organisational presence and political momentum ahead of the elections.

Addressing the gathering, Mata Prasad Pandey called upon party workers to begin preparations for the upcoming Assembly elections with full dedication. He stressed the importance of strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level and building strong connections with the public.
He urged workers to reach out to people at the village and household levels and communicate the party’s policies effectively. He emphasized that every worker plays a crucial role in ensuring electoral success and that their active participation is key to victory.
He highlighted that organisational strength is the foundation of any successful political campaign. Without a strong grassroots network, achieving electoral success becomes difficult. He asked workers to remain disciplined and committed while working towards the party’s goals.
During his speech, he also criticised the current government, stating that farmers, youth, small traders, Dalits, backward classes, and general category citizens are facing multiple challenges. He alleged that inflation is rising continuously and is directly impacting common people.
He further stated that corruption is widespread and dissatisfaction among the public is growing. According to him, people are now looking for change, and this sentiment will be reflected in the upcoming Assembly elections.
He expressed confidence that the Samajwadi Party will strongly raise public issues and work towards gaining the trust of the people. He said the party is fully prepared to enter the electoral field with determination and focus.
