Gautam Budh Nagar, January 5, 2026:
With the objective of ensuring prompt and effective redressal of public grievances, the district administration of Gautam Budh Nagar on Monday organised Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas across all three tehsils of the district—Dadri, Sadar and Jewar. The initiative witnessed active participation from citizens and administrative officials, reflecting the administration’s continued focus on transparent and responsive governance.
During the day-long grievance redressal programme, a total of 112 complaints were received from members of the public across the three tehsils. Out of these, nine complaints were resolved on the spot, providing immediate relief to the complainants. For the remaining grievances, concerned departmental officers were directed to ensure quality-based and time-bound disposal, in line with government guidelines.
In Dadri tehsil, the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was chaired by Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) Atul Kumar. During the proceedings, he personally reviewed and monitored 93 complaints submitted by the general public. Of these, seven complaints were resolved immediately at the tehsil level after due verification and necessary action. The Additional District Magistrate issued clear instructions to officials of various departments to take remaining matters seriously and ensure their expeditious resolution within the stipulated timeframe.
In Jewar tehsil, the grievance redressal programme was conducted under the chairmanship of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Abhay Kumar Singh. A total of 15 complaints were received from residents during the hearing. The issues raised by the complainants pertained to different departments, and officials were instructed to examine each case carefully and take appropriate action as per rules to resolve the grievances without delay.
Meanwhile, in Sadar tehsil, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Ashutosh Gupta presided over the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas proceedings. During the hearing, four complaints were presented by members of the public. Out of these, two complaints were resolved on the spot after immediate intervention, while necessary directions were issued for the disposal of the remaining cases through coordinated departmental action.
District officials stated that Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas is an important administrative mechanism aimed at strengthening direct communication between the administration and the public. The programme provides citizens with a platform to raise their grievances directly before senior officers, ensuring transparency and accountability in the grievance redressal process. Special emphasis is laid on resolving complaints related to revenue, land disputes, public services, welfare schemes and civic amenities.
The administration reiterated that all pending complaints received during the programme would be closely monitored to ensure that they are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Officers have been instructed to avoid unnecessary delays and ensure that complainants are informed about the progress of their cases.
The district administration also appealed to citizens to make constructive use of Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas by submitting genuine grievances with complete details, enabling officials to take swift and effective action. Regular organisation of such programmes, officials said, reflects the administration’s commitment to responsive governance and public welfare.
The information regarding the conduct of Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was shared by the Information Department, Gautam Budh Nagar.
