On Tuesday, members of Kisan Ekta Mahasangh reached the Greater Noida Authority office and submitted a memorandum addressing unresolved farmers’ issues. The memorandum was submitted under the leadership of national patron Bali Singh and national president Ramesh Kasana, and handed over to OSD Mukesh Kumar for the Chief Executive Officer.
District president Arvind Saiketari stated that farmers’ problems have remained unresolved for a long time and continue to be ignored by authority officials. He said that even years after land acquisition, farmers in several villages have not received their rightful entitlements, leading to growing dissatisfaction.

The memorandum highlighted that farmers in villages including Badalpur, Bisnuli, Bisrakh, Sunpura, Biroda, Baidpura, Rithodi, Sirsa, and many others have not yet received the promised six percent residential plots. The organization demanded immediate allotment of residential plots to all affected farmers.
It was also alleged that in several villages, residential plots were marked without conducting population surveys or preparing proper maps, despite existing rural settlements on the ground. The organization demanded that such plots be relocated to suitable locations and resolved promptly.
The memorandum included demands for providing 100-square-meter residential plots to landless farmers and agricultural laborers to support their families. It also sought settlement of old village habitations under the Prime Minister’s Swamitva Scheme based on satellite surveys.
The organization further demanded swift resolution of lease bank and shifting cases of farmers who have already received lease bank letters. Priority employment for local farmers’ children in industries established within the Greater Noida Authority area was also demanded.
Ensuring reservation quotas for farmers’ children in educational institutions and legal action against non-compliant institutions formed another key demand. Additionally, the memorandum stressed the need for developing basic civic amenities such as community halls, sports grounds, mini stadiums, and primary health centers in all villages.
Kisan Ekta Mahasangh warned that if discussions are not initiated and demands resolved within one week, the organization would be compelled to launch protests. Several leaders and a large number of men and women were present during the submission.
