Ten farmers from Rithauri and Mathurapur villages have finally received their long-pending 6% Abadi (residential) plots, bringing much-needed relief and satisfaction to the affected families. On Monday, Dadri MLA Tejpal Nagar and Greater Noida Authority ACEO Sunil Kumar Singh formally handed over the allotment letters to the beneficiaries.

The farmers’ land had earlier been acquired for development purposes, and their entitlement to 6% residential plots had been pending for a long time. The affected farmers had raised the issue with Greater Noida Authority CEO N.G. Ravi Kumar, who took prompt cognizance of the matter and instructed the concerned departments to ensure early resolution.

Following these directions, the Planning Department completed the necessary planning process, after which allotment letters for 10 plots in Mathurapur and Rithauri were issued on Monday.
On this occasion, MLA Tejpal Nagar praised the Greater Noida Authority for its transparent and farmer-friendly approach, stating that such initiatives strengthen public trust. The beneficiary farmers expressed happiness and gratitude towards the Authority for resolving their long-pending demand.

ACEO Sunil Kumar Singh informed that the allottees will soon receive the lease plan and checklist, and the lease deed process will be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
Meanwhile, CEO N.G. Ravi Kumar reiterated that providing 6% Abadi plots to eligible farmers remains the Authority’s top priority. He assured that, similar to Mathurapur and Rithauri, eligible farmers from other villages will also be allotted residential plots at the earliest.
Senior officials, including OSD Ramnayan Singh, Senior Manager (Planning) Sudhir Kumar, Manager Pramod Kumar, and Sandeep Rawal were present during the allotment ceremony.
