Greater Noida, 07 February 2026:
Significant progress has been achieved in the Toy Park project being developed in Sector-33 of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority area. Out of a total of 154 industrial plots, 143 have already been allotted to investors, reflecting growing confidence in India’s toy manufacturing sector.
According to officials, building layout plans of 15 investors have been approved so far, paving the way for construction activities to begin. Several units are expected to commence construction in the coming months, giving further momentum to industrial development in the region.
The Toy Park is being developed with modern infrastructure and world-class facilities. Planned amenities include wide internal roads, uninterrupted power supply, water facilities, sewerage systems, drainage, green zones, and logistics support tailored to industrial requirements.
The project is aligned with the national initiatives of ‘Make in India’ and ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’, aiming to strengthen domestic manufacturing and reduce dependence on imported toys. The park is expected to play a crucial role in promoting indigenous toy production and innovation.
Once fully operational, the Toy Park is anticipated to generate large-scale employment opportunities, both directly and indirectly. Skilled and semi-skilled workers, artisans, technicians, and service providers are expected to benefit from the industrial ecosystem.
Authorities stated that continuous monitoring is being carried out to ensure timely execution of development works. With strong investor interest, more building plans are likely to receive approval in the near future.
The Toy Park will also benefit from excellent connectivity to the Yamuna Expressway, upcoming airport infrastructure, and other major industrial hubs, ensuring smooth transportation and efficient supply chains for domestic and international markets.
