Complete Solution Day was organized across the three tehsils of Gautam Buddh Nagar district—Jewar, Dadri, and Sadar—where officials listened to public grievances and took action to resolve them. During the program, a total of 127 complaints were registered. Out of these, 12 complaints were resolved on the spot by the concerned officials, while the remaining complaints were forwarded to relevant departments with instructions for timely and effective resolution.
At the Jewar Tehsil, the program was chaired by Chief Development Officer Dr. Shivakant Dwivedi. During the session, 35 complaints were received, out of which 1 complaint was resolved immediately. While reviewing the grievances, the Chief Development Officer instructed officials to conduct field verification of each case and ensure resolution within the stipulated time frame.

He emphasized that negligence in addressing public grievances would not be tolerated and directed officials to prioritize citizen issues so that people do not have to make repeated visits to government offices.
Several senior officials were present at the Jewar Tehsil event, including Chief Medical Officer Dr. Narendra Kumar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Jewar Durgesh Singh, District Development Officer Shiv Pratap Parmesh, District Social Welfare Officer Satish Kumar, along with officers from the police department and other concerned departments. The officials carefully listened to the complaints presented by citizens and issued necessary directions for their resolution.
Similarly, Complete Solution Day was also organized at Dadri Tehsil under the chairmanship of Additional District Magistrate Land Records Bachchu Singh. A total of 86 complaints were registered there, out of which 7 complaints were resolved on the spot. The remaining complaints were forwarded to the concerned departments with instructions for prompt action.

At Sadar Tehsil, the program was chaired by Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Atul Kumar. A total of 6 complaints were received during the session, of which 4 complaints were resolved immediately. Officials directed the concerned departments to take necessary action on the remaining complaints.
The purpose of organizing Complete Solution Day is to ensure that citizens’ grievances are heard directly by senior officials and resolved promptly. Through this initiative, the administration aims to create a transparent and efficient system where public issues are addressed without unnecessary delays.
Officials stated that the district administration is committed to resolving public grievances in a transparent and time-bound manner. Departments have been directed to regularly monitor pending complaints and ensure that solutions are provided within the prescribed time limits.
The administration also reiterated that such grievance redressal programs will continue to be organized regularly so that citizens can directly communicate their concerns to the authorities and receive timely assistance.
