Under the ambitious Uttar Pradesh Employment Mission of the state government, Employment Festival-2026 will be organized in Gautam Buddh Nagar district on February 25, 2026. The event will be conducted through the District Employment Office at Vishveshwarya Group of Institutions, Vishveshwarya Campus, New Noida GT Road, Dadri.

A review meeting regarding the preparations for the employment festival was held at the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of the Chief Development Officer, with officials from concerned departments in attendance. The meeting focused on effective planning, candidate facilities, and large-scale outreach for the successful execution of the event.
During the meeting, the Chief Development Officer directed that extensive publicity of Employment Festival-2026 be ensured at the tehsil, block, and village panchayat levels. He emphasized the use of print, electronic, and social media platforms to reach maximum youth, ensuring that no eligible candidate misses this opportunity.
Instructions were issued to the District Industries Centre, Labour Department, Lead Bank Management, Skill Development Mission, ITIs, polytechnic institutions, and entrepreneur organizations to actively encourage youth participation through their respective networks and local outreach activities.
To ensure smooth conduct of the event, directions were given for adequate police deployment to maintain law and order, availability of fire services for emergency situations, and deployment of medical teams for the convenience and safety of participants. The Employment Department was also instructed to ensure smooth functioning of help desks, guidance counters, and online and QR code-based registration systems.
District Employment Officer Manisha Atri informed that more than 100 reputed companies will participate in the employment festival, offering over 2,000 job vacancies. Participation of more than 5,000 candidates is expected.
The minimum age for participation has been fixed at 18 years. Candidates with qualifications ranging from eighth pass, tenth pass, intermediate, ITI, diploma, BTech, BBA, MBA, pharmacy, graduate and postgraduate levels are eligible to participate.
Interested candidates can register online through the rojgarsangam.up.gov.in portal or via QR code. Candidates must bring their resume, Aadhaar card, passport-size photograph, educational certificates, and a printed or digital copy of the registration slip. Participation in the employment festival is completely free of cost.
Companies such as Samsung, Yokohama, Axis Bank, HCL, G4S, Tata Consultancy Services, Vivo, Samsung Display, Radisson Blu, Uflex, Tech Mahindra, Crowne Plaza, BLS, KRBL Limited, Denso, Lava, Oppo, New Holland, among others, will be part of Employment Festival-2026.
Appealing to the youth, the Chief Development Officer stated that Employment Festival-2026 serves as a strong platform to connect job seekers with employment opportunities and urged all eligible candidates to register in time and take advantage of this initiative.
Officials from development, industry, labour, banking, skill development departments and representatives from Vishveshwarya College were present during the meeting.
