Gautam Buddh Nagar Samadhan Diwas 2026 Focuses on Quick Grievance Redressal

Samadhan Diwas was successfully conducted across all three tehsils—Jewar, Dadri, and Sadar—in Gautam Buddh Nagar, highlighting the administration’s commitment to resolving public grievances in a timely, transparent, and efficient manner. Held on May 2, 2026, the initiative recorded a total of 200 complaints, out of which 9 were resolved on the spot. The remaining complaints have been forwarded to the respective departments with clear instructions for resolution within a fixed timeline. The program reflects a proactive approach toward addressing citizen concerns and strengthening administrative accountability.

Highest Complaints Registered in Jewar Tehsil
Jewar tehsil recorded the highest number of complaints, with a total of 90 cases submitted during the event. Out of these, 2 complaints were resolved immediately, while the rest were assigned to relevant departments for further action. The administration emphasized the need for ground-level verification of each complaint to ensure accurate and effective resolution. Most complaints were related to land disputes, revenue issues, and public welfare schemes.

Action Taken in Dadri and Sadar Tehsils
In Dadri tehsil, 104 complaints were registered, with 6 resolved on the spot by officials. Meanwhile, Sadar tehsil received 6 complaints, of which 1 was addressed immediately. Across all three tehsils, officials actively engaged with citizens, listened to their concerns, and issued clear directions to departments to ensure prompt and quality resolution of pending cases.

Focus on Timely and Quality Resolution
Authorities directed all officials to take complaints seriously and conduct on-site inspections wherever necessary. Emphasis was placed on resolving all grievances within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining high standards of quality. The administration made it clear that negligence or unnecessary delays in addressing complaints would not be tolerated.

Strengthening Accountability and Public Trust
The Samadhan Diwas initiative reinforces the administration’s commitment to being responsive and accountable to public concerns. Officials have been instructed to maintain communication with complainants and ensure sustainable solutions to their issues. This approach not only enhances trust between citizens and the administration but also promotes transparency and efficiency in governance.

The successful organization of Samadhan Diwas is expected to accelerate grievance redressal across the district and provide significant relief to citizens, making it a key step toward responsive and citizen-centric governance.
