The District Magistrate reviewed departmental performance on the CM Dashboard and directed officials to accelerate implementation of development schemes and ensure timely benefits to eligible beneficiaries.
Gautam Buddh Nagar | March 13, 2026 — A review meeting on departmental performance displayed on the Chief Minister’s Dashboard was held at the Collectorate auditorium under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate.
During the meeting, progress of priority development programs and welfare schemes of the state government was reviewed in detail. The District Magistrate issued necessary directions to concerned departmental officers to bring greater efficiency and momentum in their functioning so that benefits of government schemes reach eligible beneficiaries within the stipulated time.
Progress of Multiple Departments Reviewed
During the review, the District Magistrate examined the performance shown on the CM Dashboard for several departments including Additional Energy, Rural Development, Rural Water Supply, Panchayati Raj, Primary Education, Women and Child Development, Public Works Department, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Social Welfare, and Backward Class Welfare.
Officials were directed to ensure progress according to the targets set by the state government and to implement departmental schemes effectively. Departments were also instructed to regularly update their progress entries on the CM Dashboard portal.
Strict Instructions to Departments in C and D Categories
The District Magistrate issued strict instructions to departments placed in C and D categories on the CM Dashboard to take immediate corrective steps and improve their performance.
He also directed that explanations be sought from officers who were absent from the meeting.
Timely Completion of Pending Projects
The District Magistrate also reviewed incomplete development projects during the meeting and instructed officials to ensure that all construction works are completed within the prescribed time frame while maintaining quality standards.
Department heads were further directed to regularly monitor the CM Dashboard portal and ensure timely and quality disposal of complaints received through the platform.
The meeting was attended by In-charge Chief Development Officer Dr. Shivakant Dwivedi, Additional District Magistrate (Judicial) Priyanka, Deputy Collector Charul Yadav, Deputy Collector Ved Prakash Pandey, District Development Officer Shiv Pratap Parmesh, District Social Welfare Officer Satish Kumar, and other concerned officials.
