The District Magistrate inspected the preparations for the inauguration of India Chip Pvt. Ltd. in Sector-28, Jewar, providing officials with crucial directions for security, parking, and traffic management.

The District Magistrate conducted a detailed site inspection on Friday at Sector-28, Jewar, for the proposed inauguration of India Chip Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture of HCL and Foxconn (Semiconductor Park). The inspection focused on ensuring a smooth and successful event, keeping in view the upcoming VVIP movement.
During the inspection, the magistrate reviewed stage arrangements, guest and media galleries, security measures, parking facilities, water and electricity supply, cleanliness, and traffic management. Officials were instructed to complete all arrangements within the stipulated timeline. Emphasis was laid on strengthening security, ensuring visitor convenience, and maintaining smooth traffic flow at the venue.
The helipad was also assessed for safety standards, barricading, fire brigade and ambulance availability, and alternative routes. The magistrate emphasized that no inconvenience or security lapses should occur during VVIP arrival.
Officials present included DCP Saad Miyan Khan, Dr. Praveen Ranjan Singh, Additional District Magistrate Administration Manglesh Dubey, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Jewar Durgesh Singh, District Liaison Officer Sarvesh Mishra, Executive Engineer Public Works Kanchan, ACP Jewar Sarthak Sengar, among others. All officials were instructed to monitor arrangements regularly and take corrective action as needed.
The magistrate stated that visitor convenience and safety remain the top priority. Officials were advised to ensure guidance through information systems and prompt assistance in emergency situations.
This inspection is critical to ensure the successful and secure conduct of the inauguration. All departments were instructed to maintain national security standards at the venue and prevent any irregularities.
Special arrangements will be made for VIPs and media representatives, including organized parking, entry and exit routes, and continuous monitoring of water, electricity, and cleanliness.
