Officials were instructed to complete all arrangements within the stipulated timeline. Emphasis was laid on strengthening security, ensuring visitor convenience, and maintaining smooth traffic flow at the venue.

The helipad was also assessed for safety standards, barricading, fire brigade and ambulance availability, and alternative routes. The magistrate emphasized that no inconvenience or security lapses should occur during VVIP arrival.

Officials present included DCP Saad Miyan Khan, Dr. Praveen Ranjan Singh, Additional District Magistrate Administration Manglesh Dubey, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Jewar Durgesh Singh, District Liaison Officer Sarvesh Mishra, Executive Engineer Public Works Kanchan, ACP Jewar Sarthak Sengar, among others. All officials were instructed to monitor arrangements regularly and take corrective action as needed.

The magistrate stated that visitor convenience and safety remain the top priority. Officials were advised to ensure guidance through information systems and prompt assistance in emergency situations.

This inspection is critical to ensure the successful and secure conduct of the inauguration. All departments were instructed to maintain national security standards at the venue and prevent any irregularities.

Special arrangements will be made for VIPs and media representatives, including organized parking, entry and exit routes, and continuous monitoring of water, electricity, and cleanliness.

Such detailed inspections play a key role in the successful execution and security of the program. The district administration has directed all officials to remain in constant communication and address any emergency promptly.
