Gautam Buddh Nagar, April 15, 2026
In line with ongoing efforts to sustain a peaceful and balanced industrial environment in the district, the District Magistrate conducted a detailed on-site inspection of Anmol Industries Private Limited located in Udyog Vihar, Greater Noida. The visit was aimed at reviewing workplace conditions, understanding worker concerns, and ensuring effective implementation of government welfare policies.

During the inspection, the District Magistrate interacted directly with workers and gathered detailed feedback regarding their working conditions, workplace facilities, and other operational requirements. Workers openly shared their concerns, and the District Magistrate assured them that all issues raised would be resolved in a timely and effective manner through appropriate administrative intervention.

Focus on Worker Welfare and Government Initiatives

The District Magistrate briefed workers about key welfare measures introduced by the Government of Uttar Pradesh for the benefit of industrial labour. He highlighted recent wage revisions, improved bonus provisions, workplace safety measures, and other labour welfare initiatives aimed at improving the standard of living of workers across the state.

He emphasized that the core objective of the government is to ensure dignity of labour, enhance income security, and provide a safe and supportive working environment. The administration reiterated that continuous reforms are being implemented to strengthen labour rights and promote balanced industrial growth.

Workers were informed that these measures are part of a broader strategy to ensure transparency in wage systems, timely payments, and strict enforcement of labour laws across all industrial units.

Instructions to Management for Strict Compliance

The District Magistrate instructed the management of the industrial unit to ensure full compliance with all government guidelines and labour regulations. He stressed that adherence to safety norms, wage policies, and worker welfare provisions is mandatory for all industrial establishments.

He further directed that no negligence will be tolerated in matters related to worker safety, welfare facilities, or statutory compliance. The management was also advised to strengthen internal monitoring systems to ensure that all workers receive their rightful benefits without delay or discrepancy.

The administration underlined that maintaining discipline, transparency, and accountability within industrial units is essential for sustaining long-term industrial peace and productivity in the region.

Special Interaction with Women Workers

A dedicated interaction was also held with women workers during the inspection. The District Magistrate personally engaged with them to understand their concerns related to workplace safety, hygiene, and available facilities.

He assured women employees that their safety and dignity remain a top priority for the district administration. He further stated that continuous monitoring mechanisms are being strengthened across industrial units to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all female workers.

The administration also emphasized the importance of strict compliance with workplace safety standards and the establishment of effective grievance redressal systems within all industrial establishments.

Commitment to Industrial Peace and Worker Welfare

The visit reflects the district administration’s continued commitment to maintaining industrial harmony through regular field inspections, direct communication with workers, and effective enforcement of government welfare policies. By engaging with both workers and management, the administration aims to build trust, resolve grievances promptly, and ensure a stable industrial environment.

Officials reiterated that such inspections will continue across the district to ensure that worker welfare, industrial efficiency, and administrative responsiveness remain closely aligned for sustained development.
