Dadri, December 29, 2025:
The workers of Kisan Ekta Mahasangh submitted a memorandum to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Dadri, Anuj Nehra, highlighting several long-pending civic and administrative issues affecting farmers and residents of the Dadri region. The memorandum was submitted under the leadership of National President Ramesh Kasana, with the participation of several senior office bearers and local representatives of the organization.
The delegation raised serious concerns regarding problems related to land revenue records, mutation (Dakhil-Kharij), inheritance matters, and waterlogging on the main road of Bishnuli village. These issues, according to the organization, have been troubling farmers and common citizens for a long time, but no concrete action has been taken so far.
Speaking on the occasion, State Vice President of Kisan Ekta Mahasangh, Baljeet Hawaldar, stated that farmers in Dadri tehsil are facing immense difficulties due to delays in land-related work at the tehsil level. He mentioned that applications related to mutation, inheritance, and correction of revenue records remain pending for months, forcing farmers to make repeated visits to government offices.
He further highlighted the serious problem of waterlogging on the main road of Bishnuli village, which worsens during the rainy season and continues to affect daily life even afterward. Due to the accumulation of water, movement of villagers, school-going children, elderly citizens, and farmers becomes extremely difficult. The situation also affects agricultural activities and transportation of crops.
The memorandum addressed to the District Magistrate, Gautam Buddh Nagar, was formally submitted to SDM Dadri Anuj Nehra. The members demanded immediate administrative intervention to resolve these issues in a time-bound manner.
During the meeting, the representatives also expressed concern over the lack of accountability in local administration and requested that a dedicated mechanism be established to ensure timely disposal of farmers’ grievances. They emphasized that farmers should not be forced to repeatedly approach offices for basic services.
Responding to the memorandum, SDM Anuj Nehra assured the delegation that all issues raised in the memorandum would be examined seriously. He stated that necessary directions would be issued to the concerned departments and that efforts would be made to resolve the problems at the earliest. He further assured that revenue-related matters would be reviewed on priority and that action would be taken to address the waterlogging issue in Bishnuli village.
The SDM also assured the farmers that the administration is committed to resolving public grievances and that coordination with relevant departments would be strengthened to ensure faster resolution of pending cases.
However, the leaders of Kisan Ekta Mahasangh made it clear that if the problems are not resolved within a week, the organization would be compelled to stage a protest at the Dadri Tehsil premises. They emphasized that the protest would be peaceful but firm, aimed at drawing the administration’s attention to the hardships faced by farmers.
The memorandum submission witnessed the presence of several prominent members of the organization, including Ramesh Kasana, Ravi Nagar, Baljeet Hawaldar, Amit Nagar, Savitri Devi, Bijendri Devi, Rajendra Chauhan, Arvind (Secretary), Jai Prakash Chauhan, Ravindra Nagar, Razzak Thekedar, Sonu Kasana, and dozens of other workers and supporters.
The leaders reiterated that Kisan Ekta Mahasangh would continue to raise farmers’ issues at every platform until permanent solutions are implemented. They appealed to the district administration to take prompt action in the interest of farmers and rural residents.
