The Chief Electoral Officer inspected the notice hearing center in Noida, engaged with BLOs and supervisors, and honored those with outstanding performance.
During a district visit today, the Chief Electoral Officer reviewed the progress of the Special Intensive Revision Program based on the eligibility date 01.01.2026. The visit included the notice hearing center at Millennium Public School, Sector-119, Noida, followed by interaction with BLOs and supervisors of Assembly constituencies 61-Noida, 62-Dadri, and 63-Jewar at Panchsheel Balak Inter College, Sector-91, Noida.

During the inspection, facilities, workflow, grievance redressal mechanisms, and services provided to citizens were reviewed. Direct interactions with voters helped identify concerns and gather suggestions. Officers were instructed to ensure timely, high-quality, and satisfactory resolution. Excellent support by RWA and AOA was appreciated, and suggestions were taken to further improve the process.
The Chief Electoral Officer emphasized courteous behavior, transparency, and sensitivity when interacting with citizens. Strengthening democracy requires active voter participation, and every eligible citizen must be able to exercise their voting rights without inconvenience. Camps for voter awareness were also directed to be organized at multiple levels to maximize participation.

For citizen convenience, 114 special camps were organized at booth and society levels. Initiatives including BLO-level hearings, video call verification, and soft-copy ID checks were also implemented to facilitate smooth services.
At the interaction program in Panchsheel Balak Inter College, the Chief Electoral Officer reviewed voter list updates, new voter registrations, name corrections, transfers, and deletions. BLOs and supervisors shared experiences and were encouraged for their excellent work.
The Chief Electoral Officer stated that BLOs play a vital role in ensuring a fair, transparent, and error-free Special Intensive Revision-2026. Every eligible citizen must be included in the voter list, and where high numbers of citizens are involved for Form 6 and mapping, district administration should organize additional camps for efficiency.

The District Election Officer provided updates on program progress, awareness campaigns, and door-to-door verification conducted by BLOs. A comprehensive campaign is underway to ensure an error-free voter list.
The Chief Electoral Officer expressed satisfaction with the progress of the SIR program in the district and instructed continued vigilance and commitment in the future. 243 BLOs with outstanding performance were honored with certificates and gifts.
The Deputy District Election Officer thanked the Chief Electoral Officer for guidance and assured full commitment to the campaign. Officials present included the Additional Chief Executive Officer, Sub-Divisional Magistrates, all supervisors, and BLOs.
