The Bharatiya Janata Party Kisan Morcha, Noida Mahanagar, organized a special commemorative programme to mark the birth centenary of Bharat Ratna, former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, a visionary leader and one of India’s most respected statesmen. The event was held at the residence of Charan Singh Pradhan in Haibatpur, under the leadership of Omveer Awana, District President, BJP Kisan Morcha, Noida Mahanagar.
The programme was conducted in a dignified and disciplined manner, reflecting the values and ideals upheld by Atal Bihari Vajpayee throughout his life. The event witnessed the gracious presence of Sushil Sharma, State Office Bearer, BJP Kisan Morcha, and Ravi Yadav, who graced the occasion as special guests.
A key highlight of the programme was the collective listening of the 129th and final episode of the popular radio programme “Mann Ki Baat”, addressed by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Participants attentively listened to the Prime Minister’s message, which emphasized national unity, public participation, cultural values, and the spirit of service towards the nation.

During the programme, senior farmers were felicitated in recognition of their contribution to agriculture and rural development. In addition, families of martyrs were honoured for their supreme sacrifice and service to the nation. The gesture was widely appreciated by the attendees and reflected the organisation’s commitment to honouring those who have dedicated their lives to the country.
Addressing the gathering, Sushil Sharma and Ravi Yadav highlighted the farmer-centric policies and initiatives undertaken by the Central Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They elaborated on various welfare schemes aimed at improving farmers’ income, ensuring crop security, strengthening rural infrastructure, and providing financial assistance and insurance coverage to farmers across the country.
They also spoke about the visionary leadership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, recalling his immense contribution to nation-building, democratic values, and agricultural reforms. The speakers emphasized that Vajpayee’s thoughts and policies continue to inspire the present government’s developmental agenda, especially in the areas of rural empowerment and farmer welfare.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from hundreds of farmers, reflecting strong grassroots engagement and trust in the policies of the government. Several senior BJP leaders and party workers were also present, contributing to the success of the event.
Prominent attendees included Muktanand Sharma, Indraraj Khatana, Sarvesh Kumar, Mukesh Sharma, Pradeep Sharma, Lalit Prajapati, Anil Master, Ashok Yadav, along with many other dedicated party workers and farmer representatives.
