Greater Noida, 16 December 2025:
In an effort to promote mental and physical well-being, the Art of Living organization conducted a Meditation and Yoga Camp on Tuesday at the auditorium of the Greater Noida Authority. The event saw participation from key authority officials including ACEO Sunil Kumar Singh, OSD Archana Dwivedi, and several staff members.

Representatives of the Art of Living, Neeta Chaturvedi and Suresh Kumar Sharma, highlighted the benefits of meditation and yoga for maintaining a healthy mind and body. They emphasized the importance of incorporating these practices into daily routines to manage stress, enhance focus, and improve overall health.

Suresh Kumar Sharma also informed attendees that 21 December marks World Meditation and Yoga Day, when the organization will provide detailed guidance on meditation and yoga practices. The camp aimed to raise awareness about the significance of meditation and encourage participants to actively engage in these wellness practices.

The representatives urged attendees to spread the message and ensure wider participation, highlighting the role of meditation and yoga in achieving holistic wellness. The session included practical demonstrations, interactive discussions, and tips for integrating meditation techniques into everyday life.

The Greater Noida Authority staff expressed their appreciation for the initiative, noting that such programs contribute positively to employee wellness and overall productivity. Officials highlighted that similar wellness programs would be supported in the future to create a healthier work environment.

This initiative aligns with the broader efforts of the Art of Living organization to promote mental and physical health across communities, reinforcing the importance of mindful practices in today’s fast-paced lifestyle. Participants were encouraged to carry forward the learnings and incorporate regular meditation and yoga sessions into their routines for long-term benefits.

The camp successfully brought together authority officials and wellness experts, creating a platform for learning, engagement, and the promotion of a healthier lifestyle through meditation and yoga.
