The District Panchayat Officer of Gautam Buddh Nagar informed that applications are invited for vacant Panchayat Assistant/Accountant and Junior Data Entry Operator posts in the Gram Panchayats of Bisrakh Block (Bambawad, Pyawali, Tajpur, Tatarpur Khagoda, Bishada, Bishnuli), Dadri Block (Saithli, Chhaysa, Chholas, Luharli, Ramgarh Chamrawali, Dadupur, Khatana Kot), and Jewar Block (Mandappa, Gobindgarh, Laudona, Banjarpur).
The application period is from 23 February 2026 to 09 March 2026. Prior to this, from 20 to 22 February 2026, relevant information regarding the application process will be displayed on Gram Panchayat notice boards and public areas to ensure that all interested candidates are aware of the process and eligibility criteria.
Candidates must complete the prescribed application form with all required details and submit it either in person or by registered post to their respective Gram Panchayat, Block Office, or District Panchayat Officer office within the specified timeline.
From 10 March to 17 March 2026, applications received at the District Panchayat Officer and Block Offices will be forwarded to the respective Gram Panchayats. From 18 March to 25 March 2026, Gram Panchayats will prepare a merit list of received applications and present it before the administrative committee. The committee-approved merit list will then be forwarded to the District Level Committee Secretary.
From 26 March to 30 March 2026, the committee constituted under the Chairmanship of the District Magistrate will examine applications and provide recommendations. Appointment letters will be issued by Gram Panchayats between 31 March and 01 April 2026.
The District Panchayat Officer requested candidates to complete the application process within the timeline and strictly follow all instructions. The recruitment process aims to ensure transparent and fair selection while strengthening the administrative functioning of Gram Panchayats.
