The 88th board meeting of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) was held on 30 January 2026. The meeting was chaired by Alok Kumar, with CEO Rakesh Kumar Singh presenting agenda points from various departments. Key decisions were taken on industrial plots, village planning, parks’ progress, financial matters, the OTS scheme, and farmers’ welfare.

Development of plots in villages is continuously carried out by the Project Department. In Usmanpur, there are 55 plots. In Dugarpur Ritka, 146 out of 163 plots remain undeveloped. Bhatta has 147 undeveloped plots, Achhepur 70 plots, and in Pachokara, 38 out of 100 plots are undeveloped. Draws for allotted plots have been completed by the Land Records Department and development work has begun.
In Niloni Shahpur, 481 out of 608 plots are undeveloped, while all 672 plots in Dhanouri have been developed. In Kherli Bhav, 51 out of 302 plots are developed. In Raunija, 215 out of 351 plots remain undeveloped, and in Mohammadpur, all 160 plots are under development. Development of 7% population-based plots in other villages is ongoing.
For the Noida Apparel Export Cluster (NAEC) Park, 175 acres of land have been reserved with 173 plots planned. 156 plots have been allotted and 17 remain vacant. Lease deeds have been executed for 106 allottees, and land acquisition for remaining plots is in progress.

Handicraft Park has 123 acres reserved with 202 plots planned. 176 plots have been allotted, and lease deeds executed for 96 allottees. MSME Park has 288 acres reserved with 506 plots planned, of which 504 have been allotted. Toy Park has 100 acres reserved with 154 plots planned. Lease deeds have been executed for 108 allottees. Remaining plots are being made available and construction has started.
Medical Device Park has 350 acres reserved, with plots planned for various industrial activities.
In Atta Gujran, 149 out of 173 plots have been developed. Gunpura has 120 out of 196 plots, Mathurapur 8 out of 15, Jakha 241, Aurangpur 153, Bela Kalan 3, Salarpur 257 out of 327, Mustafabad 18, and Fatehpur Atta 89 out of 275 plots developed. Jagnapur 77, Afzalpur 77, and Rampur Bangar 169 plots are under various stages of development.
Plots affected by the Yamuna Expressway and Peripheral Expressway have been allotted in Danakaur village. Remaining plots are being identified and development work is ongoing.
Capital receipts of the authority were Rs 2217.37 crore till 20 January FY 2024-25, while Rs 2009.12 crore till 20 January FY 2025-26. Revenue payments this year were Rs 5498.49 crore. Under the One-Time Settlement (OTS) scheme 2025/02, 117 applicants have applied. Application deadline is 28 February 2026.
From FY 2014-15 to FY 2025-26, Rs 2986.31 crore has been distributed to farmers, including Rs 76.96 crore provided by JP Infotech Security under LFD3, Mirzapur.
Six acres of land in Sector-34 have been allocated for the Chief Minister Model Composite School (Pre-Primary to Class 12), reserved exclusively for the Basic Education Department, Uttar Pradesh. The land is non-transferable to any other institution.
