Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal, Noida Metropolitan, have taken a significant step toward strengthening their organisational framework with the announcement of a new executive body. The declaration was made during a two-day provincial meeting held on January 24 and 25, 2026, at Durgavati Hemraj Tandon Saraswati Vidya Mandir in Ghaziabad. The meeting focused on reviewing existing activities, planning future initiatives, and enhancing coordination among workers.
The provincial meeting witnessed participation from office-bearers and volunteers representing various districts of western Uttar Pradesh. Detailed deliberations were held on organisational expansion, social responsibilities, cultural initiatives, and service-oriented programmes. Speakers highlighted the need for structured leadership and disciplined functioning to address evolving social challenges effectively.
During the meeting, Vinod Chauhan was unanimously appointed as the convener of Bajrang Dal, Noida Metropolitan. Citing his long association with the organisation, grassroots-level engagement, and experience in mobilising youth, senior leaders entrusted him with the responsibility. It was expressed that his leadership would provide renewed momentum to organisational and social initiatives in the region.
The formation of the new executive committee aims to ensure smoother functioning, better coordination, and wider outreach. The leadership emphasised that involving experienced and dedicated workers from diverse backgrounds would help strengthen the organisation’s connection with society and improve the execution of programmes at the local level.
As part of the newly constituted executive committee, Rajkumar Garg, Balkesh Kumar, and Surendra have been appointed as vice-presidents. Sanjeev Kulshreshtha has been entrusted with the role of treasurer. Pravesh Dwivedi has been named as the co-convener of Bajrang Dal. Suman has been appointed as the coordinator of Matri Shakti, with Rekha serving as co-coordinator. Deeksha Joshi has been appointed as the head of Durga Vahini, while Sushila will serve as its co-head.
Discussions during the meeting also underscored the importance of balancing organisational growth with social engagement. Emphasis was laid on initiatives related to education, service, cultural awareness, and social harmony. Participants stressed the need to encourage greater youth participation and strengthen the role of women in organisational activities.
Addressing the gathering, Noida Metropolitan President Anil Chaturvedi congratulated the newly appointed office-bearers and said that the true strength of any organisation lies in the dedication and discipline of its workers. He expressed confidence that the new executive committee would work collectively to uphold organisational values and contribute positively to society.
In the concluding session, Metropolitan Secretary Dinesh Mahawar and other leaders addressed the workers, encouraging them to remain committed to organisational objectives. The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to intensify efforts toward nation-building, cultural preservation, and social service, while ensuring that organisational goals are implemented effectively at the grassroots level.
