Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has accepted the government’s invitation to lead one of the all-party delegations traveling abroad to convey India’s strong message of zero tolerance against terrorism. The central government has planned to send seven all-party delegations to key partner countries, including members of the United Nations Security Council.
