Lucknow, 07 Sept (HS): Cultural programs based on the Ramayana will be among the attractions of the International Trade Show, which will be held from September 21 to 25 at the India Expo Center and Mart in Uttar Pradesh’s Greater Noida. President Droupadi Murmu will be the program’s chief guest.
According to an official statement published here, the Yogi Adityanath government is working on a thorough strategy to convey Lord Ram’s tale to the entire globe through songs and dance forms. According to the statement, this will create a bond between Lord Ram believers from all over the world. Guests visiting the exhibition will be greeted by performances of folk music relating to Lord Ram, it said, adding that they would also be handed artifacts themed on Lord Ram’s life and voyage.
There will also be performances by artists from Uttar Pradesh’s Braj, Purvanchal, Awadh, Paschimmanchal, Rohilkhand, and Bundelkhand areas, according to the release. Folk music about Lord Ram will be performed mostly by artists from Awadh and Bundelkhand, according to the announcement. Six cultural programs will be held throughout the five days of the trade expo, including duets and Sufi music at the Swar Sangam session.
According to the release, the Rang Lok of Uttar Pradesh session would include a presentation by the Anurad musical ensemble and the Shri Radha-Madhav dance. Sadhguru, the founder of the Isha Foundation, will also take part in one of the international trade expo sessions.
