Experts also note that Lok Adalats strengthen alternative dispute resolution systems and help citizens resolve disputes in a simple, cost-effective, and time-efficient manner. Traffic challans, banking disputes, cheque bounce matters, and family disputes are among the cases most effectively resolved through these platforms.
The successful organization of the National Lok Adalat in Gautam Buddh Nagar is being viewed as a major achievement for the district judiciary and administration. With more than 10 lakh cases resolved in a single event, the initiative reflects significant progress toward making the justice delivery system faster, more efficient, and more accessible to the public.
