OnePlus has officially announced the launch date of its newest flagship, the OnePlus 13s, which will be available in India starting June 5. This model, exclusive to the Indian market, promises to deliver a powerful combination of advanced hardware and innovative features. Highlighting the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and a fresh design element called the ‘Plus Key,’ the OnePlus 13s aims to stand out in a competitive smartphone landscape.
Impressive Display and Performance Features
The OnePlus 13s boasts a 6.32-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, featuring LTPO technology with a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate and impressive peak brightness of 1600 nits, offering vibrant visuals and fluid interaction. Powering the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, a top-tier chipset that ensures excellent performance, efficient power consumption, and smooth multitasking. The phone is expected to support the latest LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage technology, enabling fast data access and app launches.
Adding to its durability, the OnePlus 13s may carry an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance, though it won’t be fully waterproof like the OnePlus 13. Another notable change is the replacement of the traditional alert slider with the innovative ‘Plus Key.’ Similar to the iPhone’s Action Button, this new feature will offer customizable options, such as switching ring profiles, starting voice recordings, or launching the camera, enhancing user convenience.

On the photography front, the OnePlus 13s is equipped with a dual rear camera system comprising a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 50MP telephoto lens offering 2x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, it sports a 16MP front camera designed to capture clear and detailed images.
Running on OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15, the device promises a smooth, user-friendly interface packed with the latest Android features and optimizations. Unlike its predecessor, the OnePlus 13s is expected to feature an optical under-display fingerprint sensor, enhancing security and unlocking convenience.
Available in three elegant color options — Black Velvet, Pink Satin, and Green Silk — the OnePlus 13s offers both style and substance. Its large 6,260 mAh battery supports 80W fast charging, ensuring users spend less time plugged in and more time enjoying their device.
