The Noida Employees Association (NEA) has expressed its gratitude to the Chief Executive Officer of Noida Authority, Krishna Karunesh, for implementing key measures aimed at employee welfare.
During a recently held executive meeting, members of the association formally presented a letter of appreciation to the CEO, acknowledging his efforts in addressing long-pending demands related to employee benefits and healthcare facilities.
Association President Chaudhary Rajkumar Singh stated that the NEA had been consistently advocating for the introduction of cashless outpatient (OPD) medical facilities for regular employees, as well as improved healthcare access for contractual staff. He noted that the recent initiatives taken by the CEO, including enhancements in medical services and employee allowances, have been widely appreciated by the workforce.
According to the association, these welfare measures have positively impacted employee morale and efficiency, contributing to a more productive work environment within the authority.
Members emphasized that better healthcare support and financial benefits play a crucial role in improving job satisfaction and overall performance.
The meeting also highlighted appreciation from women employees of the authority, who acknowledged the association’s efforts in pushing for employee-centric reforms and thanked the administration for implementing these initiatives.
The event was attended by key office bearers of the association, including President Chaudhary Rajkumar Singh, General Secretary Jitendra Kumar, Vice President Dharmendra Sharma, Secretary Neeraj Rana, Amit Kumar, Treasurer Subhash Chandra, and other members.
The NEA reiterated its commitment to continue working towards safeguarding employee interests and collaborating with the administration to ensure further improvements in working conditions and welfare policies.
