Israel announced the elimination of a Hezbollah rocket commander within Lebanon’s borders, while airstrikes in Syria, attributed to Israel by a war monitor, resulted in the deaths of several Hezbollah combatants. In a particularly tragic incident, 12 individuals lost their lives in a single home in Rafah, a city that has been a frequent target of bombings.
