Under the initiative of Uttar Pradesh Administration, Complete Solution Day was organized across all three tehsils of Gautam Buddh Nagar district, drawing a large number of citizens seeking resolution to their grievances. Administrative officials listened to complaints related to revenue disputes, public utilities, electricity, sanitation and civic issues. Several complaints were resolved on the spot, while pending matters were forwarded to concerned departments for timely action.
A total of 171 complaints were registered during the public grievance hearings across the district. Out of these, 14 complaints were resolved immediately by officials present at the venues. Authorities instructed departments to ensure quality and time-bound disposal of remaining cases to prevent inconvenience to residents.
Immediate Relief Provided at Sadar Tehsil
At Sadar tehsil, citizens raised issues related to land disputes, illegal encroachments, drainage problems and electricity supply. A total of 14 complaints were received during the hearing session, out of which 6 were resolved on the spot.
Officials directed departmental staff to handle public grievances with seriousness and avoid unnecessary delays. The administration emphasized that the primary goal of the Solution Day initiative is to provide transparent and quick grievance redressal to citizens.
Dadri Tehsil Receives Maximum Complaints
Dadri tehsil witnessed the highest number of complaints during the event, with 112 grievances registered. Major issues included revenue disputes, sanitation concerns, road conditions, electricity supply and other civic problems affecting local residents.
Officials resolved 7 complaints immediately, while the remaining cases were forwarded to relevant departments for further investigation and action. Authorities stated that addressing public grievances remains a top administrative priority and instructed officials to resolve pending cases within fixed timelines.
Residents Raise Multiple Concerns at Jewar Tehsil
At Jewar tehsil, a total of 45 complaints were submitted by residents from nearby rural and urban areas. People highlighted issues related to revenue matters, drinking water supply, road connectivity and implementation of government welfare schemes.
One complaint was resolved on the spot, while action on other cases has already been initiated at the departmental level. Officials instructed concerned staff members to maintain communication with complainants and ensure transparency throughout the resolution process.
Public Grievance Campaign Boosts Citizen Confidence
The Complete Solution Day initiative received a positive response from the public, with large participation from both rural and urban residents. Several citizens expressed satisfaction over immediate action taken on their complaints, while others were assured of speedy disposal of pending matters.
According to the administration, the objective of the campaign is to strengthen direct communication between citizens and government officials, ensuring faster and more effective grievance redressal. Authorities also indicated that similar public hearing programs will continue regularly to improve administrative responsiveness and public trust.
