In a significant initiative aimed at expanding employment opportunities for youth, the District Employment Office, Gautam Buddh Nagar, under the Uttar Pradesh Rozgar Mission, will organise Rozgar Mahotsav–2026 on 25 February 2026. The large-scale employment event will be held at Vishveshwarya Group of Institutions, Vishveshwarya Campus, New Noida GT Road, Dadri.
The employment fair is being organised as part of the Uttar Pradesh Government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen job accessibility, facilitate industry participation, and connect eligible candidates with potential employers across sectors. Officials stated that the event is expected to provide a substantial platform for job seekers to explore diverse career opportunities.
District Employment Officer Manisha Atri shared details regarding the upcoming programme, describing it as a major employment initiative for the district. According to her, more than 100 reputed companies are expected to participate in the event, collectively offering over 2,000 vacant positions.
“This Rozgar Mahotsav is being organised with the objective of providing meaningful employment avenues to the youth,” Atri said. “We anticipate the participation of more than 5,000 candidates from various educational backgrounds.”
Officials noted that the event is designed to accommodate a wide spectrum of job seekers, ensuring inclusivity across qualification levels. The minimum age required to participate in the employment fair has been set at 18 years.
Candidates possessing qualifications ranging from Class 8 pass, Class 10 pass, Intermediate, ITI, Diploma, B.Tech, BBA, MBA, Pharmacy, as well as graduates and postgraduates, will be eligible to participate. The organisers emphasised that the fair will cater to candidates from technical, professional, and general academic streams.
“The employment fair is structured to ensure that candidates with varied educational profiles can find suitable opportunities,” Atri stated. “Companies from multiple industries will be conducting recruitment drives during the programme.”
To facilitate smooth participation, eligible candidates have been advised to complete their registration through the official Rozgar Sangam portal at ROJGARSANGAM.UP.GOV.IN. Candidates may also register by scanning the QR code provided in the official notification.
Authorities have made it mandatory for candidates to carry essential documents at the time of participation. These include a biodata/resume, Aadhaar card, passport-size photograph, educational certificates, and a copy of the registration slip, either in printed or digital form.
Officials clarified that participation in the Rozgar Mahotsav will be entirely free of cost. No registration fee or entry charges will be levied on candidates.
“This employment event is fully free for all applicants,” officials stated. “The objective is to maximise access and encourage participation from all eligible youth.”
The Rozgar Mahotsav–2026 is expected to witness the participation of several well-known national and international companies. Among the organisations likely to take part are Samsung, Yokohama, Axis Bank, HCL, G4S, Tata Consultancy Services, Vivo, Samsung Display, Radisson Blu, Uflex, Samsung Engineering, Tech Mahindra, Crowne Plaza, BLS, KRBL Limited, Denso, Lava, Oppo, New Holland, along with numerous other reputed firms.
Officials indicated that participating companies will offer positions across various domains, including manufacturing, banking, information technology, security services, hospitality, engineering, electronics, and allied sectors.
“The presence of leading companies reflects the scale and importance of this employment initiative,” authorities said. “Candidates will have the opportunity to interact directly with recruiters.”
The Uttar Pradesh Rozgar Mission continues to play a central role in bridging the gap between industry demand and workforce availability. Through district-level employment programmes such as Rozgar Mahotsav, the government aims to strengthen economic participation and enhance career prospects for young job seekers.
Authorities have urged all eligible candidates from Gautam Buddh Nagar and surrounding areas to complete their registration well in advance and participate actively in the employment fair.
