A comprehensive review meeting was organized under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate to assess preparations for the Board Examination 2026, scheduled from February 18 to March 12, 2026. The meeting took place at the auditorium of IIMT College, Greater Noida, and was attended by senior administrative and police officials.
The primary objective of the meeting was to ensure that the board examinations are conducted in a fair, transparent, and peaceful manner, strictly adhering to the guidelines issued by the state authorities. Officials associated with all 60 examination centers of the district participated in the meeting.

Center superintendents, external superintendents, static magistrates, sector magistrates, and zonal magistrates were present during the review. The District Magistrate instructed all officials to treat examination duties with utmost seriousness, emphasizing that the credibility of the examination process must be maintained at all costs.
The District Magistrate directed that 100 percent inspection of all examination centers be completed well before the commencement of exams. Any shortcomings identified during inspections must be rectified promptly to avoid disruptions during the examination period.
Special emphasis was placed on the establishment of strong rooms at all examination centers. Continuous 24-hour CCTV surveillance was directed for strong rooms, along with ensuring that all CCTV cameras across examination centers remain functional throughout the examination period.
Clear instructions were issued regarding the handling of double-lock cupboards in strong rooms, proper custody of keys, and strict adherence to procedures while opening question papers. Officials were directed to carefully verify dates, subjects, and examination shifts before opening question paper packets, leaving no room for error.
The District Magistrate stressed that all officers deployed on examination duty must report on time and perform their responsibilities diligently. He noted that board examinations play a critical role in shaping students’ futures and therefore demand the highest level of administrative discipline.
Arrangements for cleanliness, adequate lighting, drinking water, toilet facilities, and basic medical aid at examination centers were also reviewed. Officials were instructed to ensure that students do not face any inconvenience during the examination process.

The police department presented a detailed briefing on security arrangements during the examination period. Enhanced security measures were planned for sensitive and highly sensitive centers, including increased patrolling and deployment of forces to prevent any untoward incidents.
The District Inspector of Schools informed the meeting that approximately 42,917 students from classes 10 and 12 would appear for the UP Board Examination 2026 in Gautam Buddh Nagar district. He confirmed that preparations at all 60 examination centers have been completed and that question papers will be transported securely under police escort.
Officials were instructed to immediately report any issues arising during the examination to the concerned authorities for swift resolution. The District Magistrate reiterated that all officers must thoroughly study the official guidelines and ensure strict compliance.
Concluding the meeting, the District Magistrate reaffirmed that conducting the Board Examination 2026 in a cheating-free, transparent, and peaceful manner remains the top priority of the district administration, and any negligence will be dealt with strictly.
