The Chief Executive Officer of the Noida Industrial Development Authority conducted a comprehensive field inspection of Sadarpur village in the Noida region on Wednesday, reviewing ongoing development works and assessing civic infrastructure, sanitation systems, traffic management, and public facilities. The visit was aimed at identifying ground-level issues and ensuring timely resolution of long-pending problems faced by local residents.
Senior officials of the Noida Authority, representatives from the water, civil, electrical, public health, and traffic departments, along with a large number of villagers, were present during the inspection. The CEO interacted directly with residents, took note of their grievances, and issued clear, time-bound directions to concerned departments for immediate corrective action.

During the inspection, concerns were raised regarding high-speed vehicular movement on the DSC road connected to the Delhi–Saharanpur corridor. Considering the risk of accidents, the CEO directed the construction of speed breakers near Sectors 41 and 42 to ensure road safety for villagers and commuters alike.
In another significant directive, the CEO ordered strict action in connection with illegal encroachments near Sector 42, where unauthorized jhuggis have been constructed on vacant land adjacent to Sadarpur village. Observing that no effective action had been taken earlier, the CEO instructed the issuance of a notice to the senior manager of the concerned work circle and ordered the withholding of salary over administrative negligence.

Traffic-related issues within the village were also reviewed. Residents demanded safer turning points on the main road of Sadarpur due to heavy traffic flow. In response, the CEO approved the construction of a U-turn at a distance of 100 meters toward Sectors 42 and 43 to ease vehicular movement and reduce congestion-related risks.
The inspection further revealed damage to concrete around several manholes caused during cleaning operations by the water department. The CEO directed the department to carry out re-concreting at all affected locations to restore road safety and prevent further deterioration.

Officials informed that sewer and water supply pipeline work across the village is currently in progress. The CEO instructed that these works be completed at the earliest and ensured that CC road construction is undertaken immediately after pipeline installation to avoid prolonged inconvenience to residents.
Addressing complaints related to irregular street sweeping, the CEO directed that a notice be issued to the concerned sanitation contractor. Instructions were also given to ensure daily street cleaning, with the public health department tasked with coordinating closely with contractors and villagers to maintain hygiene standards.
The issue of illegal roadside vendors near the weekly market was also highlighted, with residents pointing out that unauthorized carts and stalls were causing excessive filth. The CEO ordered their immediate removal and issued strict instructions to prevent their reappearance. Officials were warned of disciplinary action if negligence was found in enforcement.

Residents also raised concerns about garbage spilling into open areas from the FCTS center in the weekly market zone. The CEO directed that all waste be directly deposited into compactors and warned that action would be taken against officials if garbage was found scattered on roads or open land.
During the visit, it was noted that the road near the village school has sunk approximately three feet below the standard road level. The CEO ordered reconstruction to raise the road at least one foot above road level to ensure safety for students and commuters.
The water department informed that construction of an Intermediate Pumping Station (IPS) for sewer disposal is underway and is expected to be completed by the end of January. The CEO directed that the IPS be made operational immediately after completion to resolve sewer overflow issues permanently.

Villagers expressed satisfaction over the provision of water pipeline connections to all households and thanked the Noida Authority for addressing a long-standing demand. Additional demands raised during the inspection included installation of high-mast lights at major intersections, road repairs near the village entrance, maintenance of the community center, grass plantation in playgrounds, development of an open gym near the Shiv temple, and rejuvenation of the village pond. The CEO instructed concerned departments to take necessary action on these demands.
Concluding the inspection, the CEO directed that all water department works be completed by February and civil and electrical works by March. The public health department was ordered to complete full village cleaning within three days and submit a photographic report. Officials were also instructed to conduct surveys of other villages and submit action plans for resolving similar issues.
The inspection underscored the Noida Authority’s focus on strengthening rural infrastructure, improving service delivery, and ensuring accountability at the ground level, with clear timelines set to accelerate development works in Sadarpur village.
