A special felicitation ceremony was organized at the Child Development Project Office in Dankaur to recognize the outstanding contributions of Anganwadi workers and supervisors. The event aimed to appreciate their efforts in implementing child development and nutrition programs at the grassroots level.

The Tehsildar of Jewar attended the program as the chief guest. The event began with a welcome address by Child Development Project Officer Sandhya Soni, who greeted the chief guest and all participants present at the ceremony.

During the program, several supervisors who played an important role in the Special Intensive Revision of the voter list were honored for their commendable work. Mamta Tiwari, Kiran, Poonam Rawat, Madhuri, Lalita, Preeti and Niharika were presented with appreciation certificates.

Anganwadi workers from different areas were also honored for their exceptional performance. Madhu and Usha from Kasna, Devbala and Poonam from Sirsa, Santosh and Veeresh from Banjarpur and Anjana from Bilaspur received certificates of appreciation for their dedication and service.

The program also recognized the contributions of Rajiv Kant Sinha, the office’s principal assistant, and Bharat, the block coordinator. Both were honored for their outstanding efforts in supporting departmental activities and ensuring effective implementation of government schemes.

Anganwadi workers who successfully completed 100 percent data entry on the Nutrition Tracker were also recognized during the ceremony. Their efforts were appreciated as the data helps monitor and improve nutrition services for children and mothers.

In addition, Anganwadi workers who performed exceptionally under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana were honored with shields. This scheme focuses on improving maternal and child health by providing support to pregnant women and new mothers.

Officials present at the program highlighted the crucial role played by Anganwadi workers in strengthening community health, nutrition, and early childhood development programs. They acknowledged that their dedication helps ensure that government welfare schemes reach the intended beneficiaries.

At the conclusion of the event, Senior Supervisor Mamta Tiwari and Child Development Project Officer Sandhya Soni expressed gratitude to the chief guest and all participants for attending the program.

They emphasized that such recognition ceremonies help boost the morale of Anganwadi workers and encourage them to continue their work with greater enthusiasm and commitment.
