Families received counseling on nutrition, hygiene, preventive healthcare, and the importance of regular health check-ups. The session provided awareness on maintaining a balanced diet, sanitation practices, safe drinking water, and child care, ensuring that participants understood the significance of these preventive measures.
Health workers maintained individual health records of pregnant women and children, tracked service delivery, and ensured that all beneficiaries received the required medical support. Special attention was given to maternal nutrition, medication administration, and timely immunization of children. Families were individually guided to ensure proper implementation of health practices at home.
This initiative aimed at spreading awareness about health, nutrition, and hygiene across the district, enabling widespread participation and ensuring that community members are informed about available health services.
