The National Testing Agency (NTA) has granted an extension to the registration deadline for the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate courses (CUET UG 2024). As per the updated schedule, aspiring candidates now have until March 31, 2024, at 9:50 PM to complete their applications for the entrance exam.
The announcement of the deadline extension was made by UGC Chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar, who stated, “The deadline for online submission of the application form for the CUET-UG – 2024 has been extended to 31 March 2024 (Up to 09:50 P.M.) based on the request received from candidates and other stakeholders.”

It’s essential for applicants to remember that the selection of CUET UG centre cities will be restricted to the state of their permanent address or the state of their present address only.
Moreover, in accordance with the original schedule, city slips for the exam will be released starting from April 30, 2024. Admit cards are expected to be issued in the second week of May 2024. The CUET UG exams are scheduled to be conducted between May 15 and 31, with the results slated for announcement on June 30, 2024.
