A review meeting was held at Sector 27 Club under the Noida Authority to evaluate the progress of development works and address pending projects and public demands. The meeting was chaired by MLA Pankaj Singh and attended by senior officials of the authority along with RWA representatives. The objective was to assess the status of ongoing and proposed development works and ensure timely completion of pending projects. Officials presented updates on works completed since 2022, ongoing initiatives, and projects in the pipeline.

Review of Village Demands and Sector Works
During the meeting, it was informed that a total of 51 demands were received through village chaupal programs under Work Circles 1 to 3. Out of these, 11 demands have been resolved. Works worth approximately 9.807 million INR are currently in progress, while projects worth around 2.991 million INR are in the tendering stage. Additionally, projects estimated at 103.88 million INR are under evaluation. Officials were directed to prioritize these works and ensure their completion within stipulated timelines to provide relief to residents.
Large Scale Development Since 2022
The review highlighted that since 2022, a total of 258 works worth 226.47 million INR have been completed across various sectors. Furthermore, 13 works worth 22.61 million INR are currently underway, and 107 projects worth 360.39 million INR are proposed. In addition, 77 projects with a total cost of 5.55 billion INR and 52 major projects exceeding 100 million INR each are mostly under the tendering process. Some projects are in the estimation and approval stage, and officials were instructed to expedite all formalities to initiate work at the earliest.
Focus on Water Management and STP Projects
The General Manager (Water) presented plans for establishing sewage treatment plants across five major drains in Noida. Expressions of interest have already been invited, and further procedures are in progress. These projects aim to strengthen water management systems and contribute to environmental sustainability.
Senior officials of the authority, representatives of resident welfare associations, and members of the Federation of RWAs participated in the meeting. All departments were directed to work in coordination and ensure timely execution of development projects to accelerate overall growth in Noida.
