The Noida Entrepreneurs Association held a detailed discussion on the Uttar Pradesh Budget 2026–27 at its Sector-6 office on February 11, 2026. Entrepreneurs from the region examined key budget provisions related to industry, investment, and economic development, and shared their perspectives on its expected impact.
The association stated that provisions for industrial corridors, logistics networks, expressways, and airport expansion would significantly improve connectivity for industries. Enhanced connectivity is expected to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency, making Uttar Pradesh a more attractive destination for investment.
It was noted that the budget includes special incentives aimed at attracting large investments and encouraging the establishment of new industrial units. These measures are expected to strengthen the state’s industrial base and create substantial employment opportunities at the local level.
Entrepreneurs welcomed the allocation of over ₹5,000 crore for MSMEs, handloom, and textile sectors, calling it a major boost for small and medium enterprises. According to the association, this support will help MSMEs strengthen financially, enhance productivity, and improve competitiveness.
The announcement of data centre clusters and development of technical infrastructure was viewed as a positive step for the IT and digital sectors. These initiatives are expected to attract technology-driven investments and support the growth of the digital economy in the state. Continued policy support for electronics manufacturing and exports was also appreciated.
The association described the Uttar Pradesh Budget 2026–27 as a significant move toward industrial investment, technological innovation, MSME empowerment, and large-scale employment generation. The budget clearly reflects a long-term economic growth strategy aimed at positioning the state more strongly on the national and international industrial map.
Entrepreneurs present during the discussion emphasized that the focus on infrastructure development and job creation would accelerate economic momentum in the coming years. They expressed confidence that effective implementation of the budget provisions would deliver tangible benefits to industries.
The meeting concluded with the association expressing optimism that the budget’s initiatives would be implemented efficiently, ensuring sustained industrial growth and overall economic development in Uttar Pradesh.
