Noida Congress Celebrates Birthday of Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi with Social Service Activities

The Noida Metropolitan Congress Committee celebrated the birthday of Wayanad Member of Parliament and All India Congress Committee General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi with enthusiasm and social commitment at the party office located at B-46, Sector-52, Noida. The event was marked by welfare activities, distribution of essentials to the needy, and participation of party leaders and workers, reflecting the organisation’s emphasis on service-oriented politics.

The celebration was organised under the leadership of Metropolitan Congress President Mukesh Yadav, along with senior office-bearers and party workers. On the occasion, blankets were distributed among underprivileged and needy people as part of a humanitarian initiative. Sweets were also distributed among attendees, and prayers were offered for the long life and good health of Priyanka Gandhi.

Focus on Service and Public Welfare

Speaking informally during the programme, Congress leaders said that celebrating the birthday of a senior leader through social service activities reflects the party’s core values of compassion, inclusiveness, and commitment to public welfare. They stated that Priyanka Gandhi has consistently raised issues related to social justice, women’s empowerment, and the rights of marginalised communities, and the party aims to follow the same principles at the grassroots level.

The distribution of blankets was carried out keeping in mind the prevailing winter conditions, with the objective of providing immediate relief to people in need. Party workers personally interacted with beneficiaries during the distribution, reinforcing the Congress party’s outreach at the local level.

Participation of Party Leaders and Workers

A large number of Congress leaders and workers were present at the programme, indicating strong organisational participation. Those present included Metropolitan Congress President Mukesh Yadav, Dinesh Awana, Pawan Sharma, Shahabuddin, Charan Singh, Yatendra Sharma, Lalit Awana, Ramkumar Sharma, Rahul Pandey, Dr Seema, Madhuraj, District Youth Congress President Javed Khan, Gaurav Adhana, Satish Panchal, Arun Pradhan, along with several other party workers.

The leaders collectively expressed their appreciation for Priyanka Gandhi’s leadership style and her role in strengthening the Congress organisation across the country. They noted that her connect with the masses and focus on grassroots issues continue to inspire party workers at all levels.

Message of Unity and Commitment

During the event, party leaders emphasised unity within the organisation and reiterated their commitment to strengthening the Congress party in Noida and surrounding regions. They said that such gatherings not only provide an opportunity to celebrate important occasions but also serve as a platform to reinforce the party’s organisational strength and ideological values.

The leaders further stated that the Congress party will continue to organise social service activities in the future, focusing on issues such as poverty alleviation, healthcare, education, and support for vulnerable sections of society.

Grassroots Engagement Highlighted

The celebration also highlighted the importance of grassroots engagement and direct interaction with the public. Party workers noted that programmes like blanket distribution help build trust and strengthen relationships between the organisation and local communities. They added that the Congress party remains committed to addressing public concerns and standing with people during times of need.

The event concluded with party leaders and workers extending collective greetings to Priyanka Gandhi and expressing their hope for her continued contribution to public life and national politics. The organisers described the programme as successful and meaningful, combining celebration with social responsibility.

The programme was organised with the support and coordination of party members and concluded peacefully with active participation from Congress workers and local residents.
