Noida, 20 February 2026
The Gram Chaupal program organized by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority at the main administrative building, Sector-6, Noida, aims to promptly address the concerns and needs of residents in the district’s villages. This program is held daily in various villages to listen to residents’ issues and ensure quick resolution.

On 20 February 2026, the Gram Chaupal program was organized in four villages under Noida Authority, including Nagla Nagli and Momanathal. During the program, residents raised concerns regarding civil works, water/sewer, electricity, mechanical issues, and horticulture. Senior managers of the authority and officials from relevant departments were present to assess and provide immediate solutions.

During the event, officials inspected residents’ concerns on-site and provided direct instructions for resolution. Officers from the water and electricity department, mechanical department, horticulture, and land records department reviewed issues within their jurisdiction and assured residents of timely resolution.

Following the meeting, authority officials conducted on-site inspections of each village. Many complaints were resolved immediately, including sewer line repairs, electricity connection issues, road maintenance, and cleaning and upkeep of public parks.

The Gram Chaupal aims to establish direct communication between village residents and administrative authorities, ensuring faster problem-solving. Complaints were addressed based on priority, and plans for future improvements were outlined.

The authority also stated that such Gram Chaupal programs would continue regularly in the coming days. Officials requested residents’ active participation and cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of administrative services.
