The victim was initially admitted to a local private hospital, but due to his critical condition, he was later referred to a private hospital in Noida for advanced treatment. According to reports, the incident took place around 9:30 pm at the busy Jewar main chowk. Eyewitnesses said normal movement was underway in the market area when a man suddenly opened fire. One bullet struck an unidentified youth standing nearby, causing him to collapse on the road in a pool of blood. The sound of gunfire triggered panic in the area as people rushed to safety.
