Following the recent resolution of industrial unrest, the district administration has issued clear instructions to all companies in the district to implement the provisions agreed upon between workers and management. The आदेश aims to ensure that the benefits decided during the settlement are extended uniformly to workers across all industrial units.
Under these directions, all companies will be required to implement key provisions in favour of workers. This includes payment of overtime at double rates, provision of weekly holidays, and timely disbursement of bonus as per rules. The administration has emphasized that these benefits must be ensured without exception, reinforcing the commitment towards worker welfare and fair labour practices.
Officials stated that the decision has been taken in the larger interest of maintaining industrial peace and ensuring that similar disputes do not arise in the future. By extending the agreed provisions to all companies, the administration aims to create a balanced work environment where both workers and employers operate with mutual understanding and compliance.
Appeal to Workers for Maintaining Discipline and Peace
Alongside the directives issued to companies, the district administration has also appealed to workers to maintain discipline and continue their duties peacefully at their respective workplaces. Workers have been advised to avoid any disruption and contribute towards a stable and productive industrial environment.
The administration has also cautioned workers against believing in rumors or misleading information. They have been urged to rely only on official communications and verified updates issued by the authorities. This step is aimed at preventing unnecessary confusion or unrest that could arise due to misinformation.
Officials reiterated that cooperation from both workers and management is essential for sustaining industrial stability in the district. The recent agreement and its implementation are expected to strengthen trust and ensure smooth functioning of industrial activities.
The directive was issued by Additional Labour Commissioner Rakesh Dwivedi, who emphasized the importance of adhering to the agreed provisions and maintaining a peaceful work environment across all companies in Gautam Buddh Nagar.
