Actor Shah Rukh Khan, who was hospitalized in Ahmedabad due to a heat stroke, is reported to be recovering well, according to fellow actor and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) co-owner, Juhi Chawla. Shah Rukh Khan was admitted to the KD Hospital on Wednesday after experiencing health complications late Tuesday night.
Juhi Chawla assured fans that Shah Rukh Khan’s condition has improved significantly, stating, “Shah Rukh was not feeling too well last night, but he is being attended to and was feeling much better this evening.” She further revealed that Shah Rukh Khan plans to attend the IPL final in Chennai on Sunday, May 26, to support the KKR team.
After KKR’s victory over SRH on Tuesday, Shah Rukh Khan displayed excitement as the team secured a spot in the IPL 2024 finals. However, his health deteriorated the following day, leading to his hospitalization. Notably, Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan, along with Juhi Chawla and her husband Jay Mehta, visited him at the hospital upon hearing the news.
During Tuesday’s match, Sharukh Khan was accompanied by his daughter Suhana Khan, younger son AbRam, and manager Pooja Dadlani. The family was joined by Suhana’s friends Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, Navya Nanda, and Agastya Nanda in cheering for KKR.
On the professional front, Sharukh Khan is gearing up for his next film, tentatively titled ‘King’, which is speculated to feature his daughter Suhana Khan. However, official announcements from the makers are awaited.
