Mumbai, 12 March “I have already verified the charges made in the pendrive submitted to the Speaker of Maharashtra legislative assembly. The reports have been submitted after technical audit”, Devendra Fadnavis, Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra said.The Special Public Prosecutor Pravin Chavan, spoke only after three days of leveling charges against him.
The Mahavikas Aghadi (MVA) Government is adamant on several issues brought forward by the Opposition. Instead of assuring enquiry, new narratives are being created by charging the Centre of misusing the independent agencies engaged in enquiry against the ministers.
Fadnavis stated that he himself has pursued law and understands repercussions of levelling false charges against any person or agency. He has handed over the pendrive exposing unlawful activities and involvement of senior officers and persons close to ministers. He added that he is still getting complaints of those who have been victimized. The complaints have not been verified by him.
