Panipat, 9 September (HS): RSS chief Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, said that there were earlier people who worked on the problems of customers, but Grahak Panchayat is the first organisation to think about the entire economic world regarding the customer. Considering the many works done by the Customer Panchayat regarding the problems of the customers, we can also call it the Golden Year instead of the Golden Jubilee Year.
RSS chief, Dr. Bhagwat was addressing the inauguration ceremony of the golden jubilee year of the All India Grahak Panchayat organised at the Seva Sadhana Vikas Kendra located in Kalyana Samalkha. In this function, eight hundred officials of this organisation working for customers in the country participated. Apart from union Minister of State for Consumer Welfare Ashwini Choubey, Baroda ISKCON chief Swami Nityanandji, Swami Vichar Chinmayanandji, Golden Jubilee Year Celebration Committee Chairman Ashok Pandey, and Grahak Panchayat President Narayan Bhai Shah were also present in the programme.
Dr. Bhagwat said that the organisation has also given important support to the government in working for the benefit of customers. Giving customer darshan and taking it to society after testing it on the test of experience is not an easy task, but Customer Panchayat has done this. The entire society is a customer. The customer movement has no age because there will always be customers in society. Dr. Bhagwat said that the organisation should keep reviewing its work from time to time. He said that the customer would also use English words while talking to the Panchayat administration. The word consumer comes in English; it means to consume. It is not necessary that a person eat only when he is hungry; he can eat if it is interesting to him even if he is not hungry, but the whole meaning changes as soon as the word consumer comes. Is. That is why the Grahak Panchayat has chosen the word Grahak. The word panchayat is associated with customer panchayat. As soon as the word panchayat comes, the feeling comes that society has faith in the panchayats. Panch works selflessly. Grahak Panchayat is a public organization. Therefore, we have to increase our work four times for 75 years. This convention is to think about how to do this. Bhagwat said that the entire society is a customer. Our work area is the entire society. Unless we are society-wide, we will not get the proper benefits of our work.
At the ceremony, union Minister of State for Consumer Affairs Ashwini Choubey said that today, along with the inauguration of the golden jubilee year of the Grahak Panchayat, the G-20 conference is also being inaugurated in the country. The countries included in the G-20 represent 70 percent of the world economy. He said that where there is meaning, there is a customer. From this point of view, the work of the customer panchayat is important. A few days ago, we launched a scheme to benefit customers in the NCR. We are purchasing their produce directly from farmers and delivering it to customers. Shri Anna has also been included in this scheme. If this experiment is successful, the government will work to deliver the products of the farmers directly to the homes of all the customers in the country. There is a need to ensure that customers are getting quality goods.
