Noida, February 22, 2026
The 38th Annual Four-Day Noida Flower Exhibition 2026, organized by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, concluded on its fourth day at Shilp Haat, Shivalik Park, Sector-33A, drawing an estimated 400,000 to 450,000 flower enthusiasts. The large turnout reflected the growing popularity of the annual event, which has become a major attraction for residents and visitors alike.

The exhibition showcased nearly 29 varieties of flowering plants and artistic floral installations, including intricate murals and sculptural displays crafted from diverse flower species. The floral replica of the world-renowned Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, remained the centerpiece of the exhibition. Other striking attractions included floral representations of the trident, damru, Nandi, elephant, decorative baskets for potted flowers, entrance pathways and garden gates, top basket floral arrangements, dholak-shaped installations, floral replicas of traditional earthen pots, Buddha Lotus displays, and large conical iron-framed floral structures. These creative installations combined devotion, artistry, and horticultural expertise, drawing admiration from visitors of all age groups.

On the concluding day, an award distribution ceremony was organized to recognize outstanding participants. Noida MLA Pankaj Singh and District President of Bharatiya Janata Party Manoj Chauhan presented trophies and awards to winners, encouraging their continued contribution to horticulture and landscape excellence. Among the major awardees, Northern Railway received the Noida Chairman Rolling Trophy, Bharat Petroleum was awarded the Greater Noida Chairman Rolling Trophy, and Bharat Petroleum also secured the Kundan Lal Narang Rolling Trophy for Best Dahlia. Major Anshuman Annanya won multiple prestigious recognitions, including the B.P. Samlani Memorial Rolling Trophy (King of the Show), the G.B. Pant Memorial Rolling Trophy (Queen of the Show), and the Pratibha Arya Memorial Rolling Trophy for Best Dahlia by Color.

Earlier in the day, beginning at 9:30 AM, a painting competition was organized for children in the age group of 5 to 18 years. The competition aimed to nurture creativity and provide a platform for young participants to express their artistic imagination on drawing sheets. A large number of children enthusiastically participated, creating vibrant artworks inspired by nature and flowers. All participants were provided certificates, lunch boxes, and refreshments as tokens of encouragement. Parents appreciated the initiative, stating that such activities help in the holistic development of children by blending creativity with environmental awareness.

The exhibition concluded in the evening with a grand poetry gathering held at 6:30 PM. Poets including Vishnu Saxena (Shringar Ras), Arjun Shishodia (Veer Ras), Anil Agrawanshi (Hasya-Vyangya Ras), Shambhu Shikhar (Hasya-Vyangya Ras), Kalpana Shukla (Shringar Ras), Vinod Pandey (Hasya-Vyangya Ras), Archana Dwivedi, Rahul Himalaya, and Vijay Mittal presented their compositions. The performances ranged from emotional and patriotic expressions to humor and satire, offering the audience moments of reflection and laughter. The poetry session captivated attendees and provided a refreshing break from the pressures of daily life.

Throughout the four-day exhibition, visitors experienced a harmonious blend of floral beauty, environmental awareness, cultural engagement, and literary expression. The event not only promoted horticulture and gardening practices but also fostered community participation and social interaction.

The theme for the 2027 edition of the exhibition has been announced as “Salvia,” generating anticipation for next year’s celebration.

The successful execution of the 38th Annual Noida Flower Exhibition 2026 was made possible through the active participation and support of Noida residents, the Floriculture Society, banks, information technology companies, and industrial establishments such as Coforge and Kamla Pasand. The event once again established Noida as a city that values environmental sustainability, cultural vibrancy, and collective community spirit.
