External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has advanced India’s strategic outreach by meeting his counterparts from Russia, Iran, and Mexico on the sidelines of the 17th BRICS Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, underlining India’s commitment to deepening bilateral ties and engaging actively on global and regional issues.
