As diplomatic backchannels worked to ease tensions, India and Pakistan reportedly reached an understanding over the weekend to cease all military actions across land, air, and sea. Amid the heightened security scenario, India ensured smooth functioning of its strategic defense and civilian infrastructure. Three crucial airports—Udhampur, Pathankot, and Bhuj—remained on high operational alert, handling both military and limited civilian air traffic. These airports played a vital role in coordinating rapid deployment and evacuation operations during the period of tension.
