Perfectpac Limited, a BSE-listed manufacturer of corrugated cartons and containers, has announced plans to expand its production capacity by setting up a second manufacturing unit. The company has applied to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) for the allocation of a suitable plot, and a Letter of Intent has been received from the authority on March 13, 2026.

The proposed expansion is expected to significantly enhance the company’s production capabilities and strengthen its position in the corrugated packaging industry.
Existing Manufacturing Operations
Perfectpac Limited currently operates its manufacturing facility at Ecotech-II, Greater Noida, where it has an installed production capacity of 27,000 metric tonnes per annum. According to company information, the plant is presently operating at full capacity due to increasing demand for high-quality packaging solutions.
The company has built a strong reputation in the packaging industry and supplies corrugated packaging products to several well-known brands across different sectors.
Among its major clients are LG, Samsung, Voltas, Usha, Motorola, Ahuja Radios, BTV, Havells, Puma, Apollo Pipes, and Lenovo, reflecting the company’s extensive presence in the consumer electronics, appliances, and industrial sectors.
Planned Capacity Expansion
In response to rising demand and the full utilization of its current manufacturing capacity, Perfectpac Limited has decided to establish a second manufacturing unit with a proposed production capacity of 42,000 metric tonnes per annum.
The expansion project involves an estimated investment of approximately ₹125 crore, which will be directed toward building a modern facility equipped with advanced manufacturing technology and infrastructure.
Officials said the new plant will help the company meet growing market demand while expanding its operational scale and efficiency.
Employment Generation
The proposed project is expected to generate around 700 employment opportunities, including both direct and indirect jobs. This expansion is likely to contribute to industrial growth and job creation in the Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway region.
Industry observers note that such investments play an important role in strengthening local supply chains and boosting economic activity in the region.
Focus on Advanced Technology and Modern Machinery
