In an official statement, the Sultanate expressed heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the families of the victims, as well as with the Government and people of the Russian Federation. Oman also conveyed its sincere wishes for the swift recovery of all those injured in the tragic incident.
The ISIS-K (ISIL) group has claimed responsibility for the brazen assault on Moscow’s Crocus City Hall, a venue located approximately 20 kilometers from the Kremlin and adjacent to the Moscow ring road. The attack saw several individuals clad in combat attire storming the concert hall and indiscriminately opening fire on attendees, as confirmed by the prosecutor’s office.
