North Korean leader Kim Jong Un supervised the installation of a tactical missile weapons system at missile units within the country’s army, as reported by state media KCNA on Wednesday.
Kim Jong Un expressed satisfaction with the production progress of the missile system in the first half of the year. He emphasized the importance of executing this year’s military production plan, noting its significance in enhancing the military’s preparedness for potential conflict.
According to KCNA, missile launchers manufactured during the first half of the year will be deployed to western fire strike units responsible for crucial fire strike missions.
This development follows Kim Jong Un’s recent inspection of North Korea’s artillery weapon system and his participation in the test-firing of such weapons.
