The Indian Institute of Sciences Bangalore (IISc Bangalore) has announced the results for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 today, March 16. Candidates can access the GATE 2024 result on the official website gate2024.iisc.ac.in.
The scorecards for GATE 2024 will be released on March 23. The GATE examination, conducted for engineering graduates seeking recruitment and admissions, took place from February 3 to February 11 across eight sessions.
Here’s how candidates can check their GATE 2024 result:

Step 2: Log in with the GATE 2024 enrollment id and password OR email id and password
Step 3: Submit and access the GATE 2024 result
Step 4: Save the page for future reference
This year, IISc Bangalore introduced a new paper in GATE focusing on Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA). GATE 2024 was conducted for a total of 30 papers.
The response sheets were released on February 15, followed by the release of answer keys and question papers on February 19. Candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections regarding the answer keys from February 22 to 25. The master question paper and final answer keys were published on March 15.
Candidates who have scored marks equal to or more than the qualifying marks specified for the SC, ST, or PwD category of their respective papers will be able to download their GATE 2024 scorecards from March 23. Others will receive a GATE 2024 performance report. The release date for performance reports will be announced on the official website gate2024.iisc.ac.in at a later time.
The link to download the GATE 2024 scorecard will be available for free on the official website until May 31. From June 1 to December 31, 2024, candidates can download their scorecards from the GATE application portal by paying a fee of Rs 500. After January 1, 2025, the GATE 2024 scorecard will no longer be available for download.
