As the revered Ram temple opens its doors to devotees, it is essential to adhere to certain guidelines to ensure a seamless and respectful visit. From designated visiting hours to prohibited items, here’s what devotees need to know for a fulfilling darshan.
Timings and Duration
Devotees are advised to plan their visit to the Ram temple between 6:30 am and 9:30 pm. To facilitate a smooth experience for all, the average duration of a visit is estimated to be between 60 to 75 minutes. Adhering to these timings helps in managing crowd flow and maintaining a serene atmosphere within the temple premises.
Prohibited Items
To uphold the sanctity of the temple, certain items are not permitted inside the premises. Mobile phones, footwear, purses, flowers, garlands, and prasad are among the items restricted from entry. Devotees are urged to adhere to these guidelines and respect the sacred space of the temple.
Special Aartis and Entry Passes
For devotees interested in attending special aartis such as Mangala aarti at 4 am, Shringar aarti at 6:15 am, and Shayan aarti at 10 pm, entry passes are required. These passes can be obtained free of cost from the Trust’s website. However, devotees must provide details such as name, age, Aadhar card, mobile number, and city while obtaining the pass.
Beware of Scams
The Trust cautions devotees against falling prey to scams involving the payment for special darshan passes. It emphasizes that there is no provision for special darshan by paying a fee. Devotees are urged to exercise caution and report any fraudulent activities to the authorities promptly.
Accessibility Measures
In line with the temple’s commitment to inclusivity, free-of-cost wheelchairs are available for the elderly and differently-abled individuals. These wheelchairs facilitate ease of movement within the temple premises, ensuring that all devotees can partake in the divine experience. Additionally, volunteers are available to assist devotees for a nominal fee, further enhancing accessibility and convenience.
