Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Authority is set to offer a fresh opportunity for homebuyers as it prepares to launch a scheme for ready-to-move 2BHK flats in Sector Omicron-1A on January 28. Under this scheme, 90 flats located in a multi-storey residential complex will be offered through an e-auction process. The reserve price of these flats ranges between ₹73.23 lakh and ₹74.35 lakh, depending on the floor. The flats will be allotted to the highest bidders through a transparent online bidding mechanism.
90 Flats to Be Offered in First Phase
The upcoming scheme is part of the Authority’s plan to allot vacant flats constructed earlier in Sector Omicron-1A. While several flats in the same housing complex have already been allotted in previous phases, around 350 flats are still lying vacant. Acting on the directions of Greater Noida Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar, the estate department has initiated steps to ensure early allotment of these units so that aspiring homebuyers can fulfill their dream of owning a house in Greater Noida.
As part of the first phase, a scheme for 90 flats located in the I Block of the society will be launched on January 28. All necessary preparations for the launch have been completed by the estate department.

Flat Size, Floors and Reserve Price
The flats on offer are 2BHK units with a carpet area of 83.38 square metres and a super area of 104.70 square metres. These flats are spread across floors ranging from the 1st to the 15th floor. Based on the floor level, the reserve price has been fixed between ₹73.23 lakh and ₹74.35 lakh.
Since these are already constructed flats, buyers will not have to wait for completion, making the scheme particularly attractive for those currently living in rented accommodations.
Registration and Important Dates
The registration process for the scheme will remain open till February 18. Applicants will be required to submit the processing fee by February 20, while the last date for document submission has been fixed as February 23.

E-Auction and Payment Options
The flats will be allotted through an e-auction process, ensuring transparency and equal opportunity for all applicants. The highest bidder will be awarded the flat. After allotment, the lease deed process will be completed within the stipulated time frame, following which possession will be handed over to the allottees.
The Authority has also provided flexibility in payment options. Buyers can choose between lump-sum payment and installment-based payment. Preference will be given to applicants opting for lump-sum payment. Those selecting the installment option will be required to pay the total amount in four installments over a period of two years.
Location Advantage and Immediate Possession
Highlighting the benefits of the scheme, Additional CEO of the Greater Noida Authority Sunil Kumar Singh said that the location of Sector Omicron-1A is one of its biggest advantages. The sector enjoys direct connectivity from a 130-metre-wide road, ensuring smooth access to key parts of Greater Noida.
He added that this scheme presents a good opportunity for people who have so far been unable to buy a home in the city. Since all the flats are already constructed, possession will be given immediately after completion of the allotment and lease deed formalities, offering significant relief from rental expenses.
